Customers can return their order within 7 days of the order delivery.
All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
The product amount will be credited back to his/her Drezzling.com wallet, once we have received the products and quality check is done.
Refund of shipping and COD charges is not applicable.
Your refund amount will not include any shipping charges or for/against any promotional vouchers used at the time of order.
Only size exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size.
If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However an exchange is subject to availability of the item in our stock.
The Reverse Pick up facility is available on limited pincodes.
Once your return is received by us, you will be credited with the amount in your Drezzling wallet account. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of this Policy.
If you choose to self-ship your returns, you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you to do it through a reliable courier service.
How to Return?
To return an item call our customer support number between 11 am to 7 pm (Monday to Saturday, Sundays are closed) or mail us at email@example.com.
Tell us your order number when you call and mention your order number in the subject line when you mail us. You’ll be provided with return order number for confirmation within 24 working hours.
